Our Promise to Parents
Parents are our customers, and kids are why we're here. A season is a success when the kids can't wait to come back — and the parents can't wait to bring them. Here's how we get there, in order:
1 · Safe First
Before anything else, every kid is safe — physically and emotionally. Proper gear, controlled drills, and a bench where every player belongs.
2 · Learn to Lose
We will lose games, and that's part of the plan. Losing with heads up — shaking hands, owning mistakes, coming back Monday hungry — is a skill we practice.
3 · Learn to Win
And we will win — with class. Celebrate hard, respect the other bench, and remember the goal is getting better, not just getting goals.
4 · Support Each Other
Teammates cheer for teammates — loudest for whoever's having the hardest day. That goes for the stands too.
5 · Come Back
The real scoreboard: kids who love the game more in March than they did in September. Everything we do points at that.
What We Stand For
Four values guide everything we do, on the ice and off:
Talent
Talent is built, not born. Every practice is a chance to get a little better than yesterday — and we celebrate the work as much as the result.
Trust
Teammates trust each other, players trust their coaches, and coaches trust their players. We win, lose, and grow together.
Consistency
Show up, work hard, every practice and every shift. Small efforts repeated become big results.
Character
Respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and the game. How we act matters more than the scoreboard.
For Our Community
This site is our team's portal, but it's open to anyone in the Casco Bay hockey community. Coaches from other teams are welcome to borrow from our Goalie Corner — the more coaches who can run a goalie station, the better for every young goalie in Maine.
