Sunday Night Pickup
Organizers

Settings
The Venmo name and the price show up on the sign-up page as a Pay for ice panel with a Venmo button and a QR code. Leave Venmo blank to hide it. The price also drives the totals below.
Schedule
One row per Sunday. Set Status to Off to cancel a date as far ahead as you like; the sign-up page shows it as "No skate" with your note. Start times are typed like 8:30 PM. Changes are saved when you press Save schedule.

Who is in, and who has paid
Tick Paid as money comes in. Notes save when you click away. Remove takes someone off a night. A person who drops after paying keeps their mark in a "paid but dropped" line so it is not lost.
Player totals
Counted from the archive (past Sundays) and the paid marks. Games are nights a player was in a lineup, not marked out. Owed is unpaid past games at the current price.

Contacts
Cells and emails, for cancellations and the weekly email. Players can add their own on the sign-up page; nobody but the organizers can see them. Edit a box and click away to save. Clear both boxes to delete.

Import from a spreadsheet
Pick a CSV file, or paste lines of Name, Email, Cell. Only empty boxes get filled; nothing already on file is overwritten. Rows that do not look right are skipped.
Name list
Names people added to the picker themselves, and names taken off it. Clear drops a junk entry; Restore puts a removed regular back.
Archive
Every Sunday that has passed moves here automatically the next time anyone signs up, with the paid status at the time. Download it any time.
