Parents, you're who we answer to. Our job is simple: keep your kid safe, teach them to lose and to win, and send them home wanting to come back. Read our full promise — and here's the practical stuff:

⏰ Arrive Early

Players should arrive 30 minutes before ice time, dressed and ready 10 minutes before practice starts. Goalies: 40 minutes — the gear takes longer!

🎒 Gear Checklist

Full equipment every practice: helmet with cage, neck guard, shoulder/elbow/shin pads, gloves, pants, skates, stick, mouthguard, and a water bottle.
